Thank you! I feel quite confident on this prediction. I’ll also be writing more about the house either next week or the week after - particularly how Johnson’s gambit with the Israel funding seems to have backfired. I appreciate your support and I hope you keep enjoying my articles :)

A Biden-Haley-Kennedy threeway would be an interesting split in the event Trump fails to dodge all of the swords of Damocles: a) medical, b) criminal, c) disqualification or d) some combination. If that were to happen, Kennedy can pick up more of the MAGA vote than Haley can pick up some of the Independent vote. Haley can go as far right as she cares but hasn't shown an aptitude to go fully crass, crazed visceral. And she can't tack far enough left to pick up much Biden support without losing the RINOs. The dynamic, however, may turn on how the crop of swing states might shift.

I think Biden-Kennedy-Haley would be the most interesting 2024 we could hope for - and there are certainly some encouraging signs that Haley will at least surpass DeSantis for second place in the primary. I’m just not convinced that Trump would drop out even if he’s in prison, but things out of his control like medical issues are definitely possible. I also saw this poll today which suggests that 54% of Republicans still think that Trump should run if he’s indicted/imprisoned. https://x.com/usa_polling/status/1720268124069478591?s=46&t=jcTrtzJPvoV7A01YveW_yw

And regarding Haley tacking to the right, I think you’re correct. She doesn’t seem to be as “into it” as the others in the same way that some have noted that Trump’s heart isn’t really in it when it comes to homophobia.

Either way, there’s a bunch of hypotheticals that make 2024 so interesting and I think a whole host of things can happen, but the median matchup is Biden-Trump and Kennedy pulling some hardline right wingers.

Great article. Although Bobbie does appeal to many of my just right of the middle values I feel like he is just going to be positive effect for the Democratic side by splitting up the Republican vote.

Kennedy 2024 for me . He will lead a revolution for the younger generation that can relate to his past or has a family member touched by addiction. We need Taylor Swift on board her voice Carrie’s through multiple generations and she is very Political 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I expect this race to be either:

Biden-Haley-Kennedy, which if it is this, Biden will take it because Kennedy is going to split the Republican and Independent votes.

Biden-Trump-Kennedy, it will be Biden because Trump will take the MAGA crowd, Kennedy will split the Republican with Trump, and Biden will take the Democratic and most of the Independents. Biden will come out ahead.

Either way, Biden/Harris will be able to have another 4 years and hopefully with a Super Majority House of Representatives and Senate. Then, maybe, he can get down to the rest of his agenda that he’s been trying to get five for us.
